RAF Waddington drone protest

Len Aldis, Secretary of the Britain-Vietnam Friendship Society, sent an emessage:

“The demonstration received good coverage on the media, perhaps they are beginning to see the light………”

antidrone protest raf waddington 4.13The first account seen came from the Lincolnshire Echo, which has two video clips, one showing a section of the march and the other giving a brief passage from the later addresses.

Those who habitually avoid the news as a defence mechanism will be particularly cheered by this and protestors in other countries will welcome the action.

Above all, it stands in solidarity with those families who live in fear as drones circle overhead – not knowing whether they intend to survey the scene or to drop bombs.
